*Confidential Policy
All chauffeurs and staff sing confidentiality/non-disclosures agreement. This is a very important element in choosing a car service. We strongly believe in a service that is discreet, highly professional and reliable.

*Cancellation Policy
We have a 3 hours cancellation policy for town cars only woith no penalty.Contact Us By Phone 847-962-3308
•For all reservations scheduled for pick up from 23:01 PM to 8:59 AM you have to call us and canceled before 8:00 PM the day before.
•For all reservations scheduled for pick up from 9:00 AM to 11:59 PM when you have to call us and cancelled 3 hours before the pickup time.
•3 day notice for limousines, SUV's,
•4 days notice for Larger SUV, Vans, and Minibuses
•6 days notice for larger buses and Motor coaches with 6 days notice, with no charge.

If you failed to do so a Cancellation Fee equal to the total trip cost will be charged.

*Waiting Time/Extra Stop Policy
No waiting time charge for airports pick up! For other pick up locations if the driver is required to wait more than 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time, you will be charged $15 per 15-minute interval up to 45 min. After that charter rate will apply. For each extra stop in-route a fee of $10 will apply. Non in-route stops – subject to special quote.

*No Show Policy
The full fare will be charged if the passenger fails to be at the designated pickup location. To avoid being billed as a no-show, please do not leave your location without contacting us: 847-962-3308

*Reservation changes Policy
You can make changes to any placed reservation. We will try our best but we do not guarantee vehicle availability for any reservation changes made 3 hours before the pickup time.

*Early-Late Hours Policy Not Applicable.

*Holiday Rates
There will be an additional $25 charge for travel (direct compensation for the chauffeur and stuff) on Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Years Eve.

*Luggage Handling Policy
Chauffeurs are only authorized to carry any luggage to and from the vehicle and the exterior front door.

*Guaranteed Payment
All reservations are subject to a guaranteed payment and your credit card will be charged after the service is completed.

*Pets Policy
We charge 20$ for any animal extra of Seeing Eye dogs.

1. Should I reserve a limo in advance?
For better service, we always recommend our customers reserve limo in advance.

2. Do we accept credit cards?
Yes, drivers are required to accept all major credit cards but no checks please.

3. When I arrive at the airport when should I call to be picked up?
Claim your luggage then call the office with the door number you'll exit. Office will give description of limo, and its number. Please only call the office after you have your luggage.

4. For how long after my arrival at the airport, is my reservation valid?
Reservations are held for 1 hour after the landing. Reservations not canceled 1 hour prior to arrival will be charged.

5. Is there any extra charge for the airport pickup?
No, there is no extra charge for pickup from an airport.

6. Can I reserve a limo online?
Yes, you can reserve a limo online, just go on our reservation page.

7. How does an online reservation work?
Just fill out a reservation form and click on submit button. We can confirm your order by either calling you or emailing you
